Here’s a checklist that Diana’s Painting & Drywall follows when prepping the exterior of your house for painting:

• Make needed surface repairs and recaulk joints.
• Countersink bleeding nails and coat with metal primer
• Fill holes with putty
• Scrape and sand smooth
• Prime raw wood
